So I am taking all of this newness and running with it 🏃🏿‍♀️.
I am excited about finishing out the next quarter of this year. This year has been a time of foundation building and seed planting. With that said I am looking forward to the year of 2020.👣

I am blessed to see another year, to be healthy and strong💪🏾. I am so happy to be surrounded by my husband , kids, and dog. I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do for my birthday and where I wanted to go. At first I wanted to do something with some friends, fly out somewhere , or just take a day to myself. However , I found myself spending time with my family, not because I had too, but I wanted too. I had so much fun arguing with my boys over who could tackle better playing football, and listen to my oldest daughter complain about my babygirl taking her toys. It sound crazy , I don’t know maybe I’m losing it, but it was like food to my soul👍🏾. However, there was a moment I found myself feeling sad , thinking about my life , my goals and future. Feeling like I am behind on where I want to be , which is ridiculous because I don’t even know what that is yet. To make a long story short I started to push through and pray. I simply told God, you got this. 🙌🏾

Around 12 am I received a text from my dad wishing me a happy birthday. I replied some like thank you but I’m getting old. He replied your life is just getting started. Those words gave me life, so thanks dad💚.

My husband being his silly and cheerful self. Sung to me and held me just right. He told me all the strengths that he sees in him, than thank me for loving him. Thanks Babe!❤

My mother called me singing her infamous birthday song ( if anyone knows my mom , they know what that sounds like 😫🤣🤣). Today that song filled me with so much joy. My mother then stated she is proud of me , and that she’s grateful for watching me grow up being the woman I am. Your the best mom💛!

I woke up late this morning because I was so tired , I almost ran late to my workout session, but I made it just in time. During my workout, I just started thanking God for blessing me, keeping me in my right mind, for allowing me to exercise and all the great things he has blessed me with. Thank you God, thank you for keeping me here on this earth, thank you for the little things. You do got this, and I am grateful. 🧡

Today I am sending out spiritual hugs, kisses, and love to those of you that may feel as though you are not where you want to be. I hope that you be encouraged to not give up, to push through and keep your promises with yourself. You can’t commit to anyone else until you learn how to love and commit to yourself. Your purpose is not being denied, your purpose is being delayed. Love you guys ❤
